Fotini focuses on achieving practical, commercial outcomes based on sound and reliable advice. She works closely with her clients, taking a strategic and proactive approach. She offers clients a unique opportunity to engage with her as a trusted, integral part of their advisory team.

She holds bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Law from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia. Fotini is a regular presenter of Governance courses for the Governance Institute of Australia and has also supervised the Start Up and Innovation Law Clinic at Monash University Law School.

Fotini is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and a Specialist Accredited Adviser with the Family Business Association.

In addition to her advisory roles, Fotini serves as the Board Chair of the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Vic), Chair of the HACCI National Federation of Chambers of Commerce, and Chair of the B Council for B Lab, Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

Fotini is fluent in Greek and proficient in German.
